i was able to check in early which was good for as i needed to wash and change my cloths. This time I had a renovated room for the same price of a hostel, including breakfast. Excellent facilities and very clean. location near ВВЦ for business. Unbeatable price. Clean rooms. ОК for these money. Price, location. Quite clean, cheap, good for just get a bed for the night or two. Full breakfast from 7 to 11. вполне чистый, реально недорогой, на 1-2 ночи просто переночевать. довольно неплохой завтрак с 7 до 11.

The staff are not very useful if you do not speak Russian. They could have been a bit more forthcoming to help first time visitors to Moscow. But if you speak Russian perhaps it would be better. Service at this hotel is not able to speak in English, and every single process like check in or out could take a long time. terrible outside noise room are not cleaned well. smell in the room. no free parking. Nobody speaks english. No way to get answered to emails. People at reception desk not very pleasant. The hotel is located relatively far from the underground and bus stops. Many rooms face the highway, and at night the notice from cars is quite loud. Besides that, despite information on the hotel's site, there was no refrigerator in the room. Nobody speaks one word of English , the clean is quite poor, a part of one or two guys in the reception the staff is quite impolite, the hotel is far away from the city center you can find the tube 15 min walking but if the tube is closed or you can not understand the Russian language or for any reasons you need to get a taxi to reach to center the minim u spend is 20 euros. No wi-fi , bad staff and breakfast , TV not working !!. 1. No kettle in room 2. No heaters in room. 3. Rooms not cleaned daily but every 3 to 4 days. 4. Ignorance of English with Staff. reception staff.... rude, unpolite, breckfast...pour...cantine stile no english at all at reception. Disgusting smell in room, dirtiness; it was cold due to terrible windows. Noisy from the cars on the highway. no cleaning of my room - I had to complain a few times. breakfast was bad quality. Always. Hardly any staff speaks English. When challenged about that, they said they didn't have tourists from outside Russia. Not a single English word in any instruction plate. No kettle facilities, no tea. Some hot n cool water on grdfloor is not enough for all customers. No change of bedding during our 5 nights there. We struggled to survive... Good lesson, any way. The staff was extremely rude, didn't even care, accused me of not paying for my hotel room even after I showed proof that I made the payment from my credit card over a month before the stay. The maid never did the room. Absolutely horrible!!!!!. dirty rooms; unfriendly personnel; very bad general condition of rooms, corridors and hotel hall; under windows - the disco which rustled all night long and every night and didn't allow to sleep; there is wifi, but employees didn't give the password from it; the room didn't clean never for all week; lived on the fourth floor - the elevator didn't work. Language: only one lady at the reception can speak some English.... Room: No internet or wifi in room... Room: Stay for 5 days, only clean up once..... Room: Carpet is full of dirt marks... Room: At the same costs, could be quite a comfortable 3-star hotel in Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Frankfurt..... Dinning: Only 2 restaurant nearby in the whole area..... very dirty poor breakfast all rooms are smoking.
