all reviews » I also got a bit suspicious, after reading all these good reviews about this apartment, but, to be honest, everything is true. Nice apartment, well equipped, every piece of furniture and every detail is new and nicely combined. Also the location is excellent - you can easily go by metro to every part of the city. And also, the owner, Konstantin is a great guy who can help you with everything you need. Overall - you gonna enjoyed your stay there, no doubt. First, I was a little bit worried because this is not a hotel but a private apartment. There is no reception. And I've arrived very late in the night (1 a.m). Nevertheless, Konstantin, the manager, has kindly waited for my arrival and taken all the needed time to give me the explanation needed for a comfortable stay. The service was very professional. I've chosen the checkout time that suits me. When there are too good reviews on a place we get suspicious. In this case though there is nothing to complain about but to be only positive. The owner received us personally and explained every detail of the apartment. Its all new and (extremely!) well kept. Its a very high standard. Moscow is a busy town. We have always been happy to know that we could get back to a very nice place to relax... The apartment was modern, immaculately clean and equipped with absolutely everything you could think of, even as far as toothpaste, toothbrushes, washing powder etc! The location was also excellent - just two stops on the metro from the Kremlin. The owner (Konstantin) could not have been more helpful - even going as far as meeting us at the metro on our arrival and walking us to the apartment. - Extremely professional: the manager went to great lengths to thoroughly explain everything, and met me upon arrival at 1 am, no problem. - Generous: They even provided 5 litres if drinking water, washing powder, two toothbrushes, toothpaste (and of course shower gel and shampoo). - Beautifully designed, not cluttered, clean. Lots of storage space for clothes, etc. It was very easy to approach major location of Moscow because Metro station is 3 minutes away on foot. Contantin gave lots of information that I needed. The room was clean and facilities are perfect. If I visit Moscow, I will stay this apartment. Most thorough check in we've ever received - included great information on where to eat, shop & sightsee. Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and was in a great location for visiting the key sights. Highly recommended!. It was like a real house. there were everything you may need. bed was new and comfortable. An addition of a safe box would be great. The street is a bit too noisy for my taste, but I guess it goes in a package with all big cities. - Even with the blinds closed, quite a lot of daylight seeps in. Not good if you came back from the club at dawn ;-). nothing.
