Just everything, honestly. The reception lady just did her best to help guests being asked any question about transportation and so on. nice quite place on Enisey river. I prolonged my stay so stayed in two differnt rooms. Both rooms were clean and had river views. The restaurant was quite good and affordable. The staff was friendly, and there was usually someone on duty with reasonably good english. they were also able to give advice about transport and sightseeing. One morning the cafe wasn't open so I couldn't get breakfast. However they offered my a small room discount to compensate.
