I love the Hotel for their good service and their support to their customers, I sincerely enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Though is only the receptionist that speak little English the rest off the staff don't. The hotel is nicely situated almost in the centre of the City, but at the same time among private houses. My room was above, so it was a bit warm in July, but the air conditionair was strong enough ).
all reviews » The sauna area is excellent although a bit pricey the rooms are newly furnished although some more work needs to be completed for the hotel to reach its full potential. Definitely Hotel location - 15 minutes waks to central streets, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Very quiet & clean. We'd like to come again if discount action will be hold :-))). Room's doors sound transparency. The staff at both breakfast and on reception were efficient but unfriendly and never smiled. Very loud TV at breakfast. However this would not stop me staying here again or recommending it to others. breakfast could be better. Waiter was not speaking english and was not able to explain the breakfast menu. Don't understand how the hotel has so high rating of 4 stars. Based on Google Maps calculation, the distance from the central part of the main Krasnaya street (shopping mall - Gallery Krasnodar) is 1.7 km. All the other places of interest are more far. Unfriendly personnel on reception. The staff does not know what is the kindness and smile face. Like first journey in Krasnodar I was very disappointed for service. Bad website of hotel.
