Great location and window view. Good price. Large comfortable rooms. Very supportive and responsive staff. Roof top terrace restaurant with beautiful town view and with very nice waitstaff, but with poor menu and food was not tasty. Excellent hotel. Especially friendly and helpful reception staff. Next to the Kremlin and close to metro and shopping street. Food in the Grill was excellent though limited in choice. Good selection at breakfast.

Non-residential visitors to the roof restaurant walk along 5-th floor corridor and bring some noise and discomfort. Summary - awful. The hotel is close to construction sites. Staff are not friendly. I asked one of the managers to book a table for me in the terrace- restaurant but when I came all tables were busy. The hotel deducted money for 3 nights but I was staying there only for 2 nights. So, I had a dispute with one of the administrators and only after that they returned my money back. work receptionist is awfull!. No Wi Fi at the room???? Oh, man. It's 21 st century, is it?. Breakfast is not include in prices. There are not free wi-fi. I didn't like the internet, it was too slow for the price i paid. Why you need to pay for this kind of poor connections. it seems to me that this the lowest investment what they did. One of the elevators was very dirty for a long time.
