  Delta 3 is a 10-minute walk along the port from the train station. Friendly staff all in all, check-in was quick and efficient, the room was large and had everything you need except tea and coffee-making facilities. I really missed that. The room was clean enough. All in all, it was excellent value for - The location of the hotel is perfect, we had the beautiful view on the river :-). The personel is very nice and helpful. If you plan to stay in Tulcea it's simply the best choice.
