Even before you arive, the very nice lady who manages the place is welcoming you by phone and does her best to offer you the best directions, not to get lost in the very near citadelle. When you get there, she is more than willing to give you all the details you need about the reservation itself, but also about what you can do while visiting the city. She helps you discover the best places to eat, what you can visit inside the city, but also in the near-by region. The entire building is super c.

We had a room at the basement and it had a wonderful view to the city and main Sighisoara attraction - Turnul cu Ceas. Though located on an old narrow street, hotel has it's own parking place right near the building, which is really comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but ok. We really enjoyed our stay here and in case we'll travel to Sighisoara once again, will stay here for sure!. Good room decoration with beautiful view]. - Room was very special - historical old building and exciting interior - Location: perfect, within the old town, a few meters from the inner town entrance gate - Narrow streets but if you manage to get there, you can park right in front of the hotel (last corner is a challenge and we arrived during a thunderstorm with flooded streets) - Vlad's birthplace very close :). Amazing location, just around the conrner form the clock tower of sighisoara, in the old part of town...you'll be taken back in time. The rooms have beautiful view (being on the hill) and althought a steep climb on the narrow stairs, the rooms are well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very helpfull and the breakfast was great!. Everything was just perfect, nothing to complain about! It's clean, the desk ladies are very nice and helpful, the room 7 has an incredible view over the city and the tower, the breakfast is not poor. It is the ideal place to stay in for a relaxing holiday. Congratulatios to the owers for their taste in decorating the house. Staff, breakfast, the location and view from the windows were very nice. Also the general design of the house and the rooms was well thought through and appealing. The rooms were well equipped. Although it is located in a very small street in the old part of the town, we could park our car outside. Clean room, interestingly decorated. The windows block out efficiently the street noise. Pensiune citadela is the most beutiful place you could stay and feel that you are in sighisoara. The rooms are perfect, the view is unexcheptable, the people who working there are kind and pleasant,the breakfast is very good and the price is really low for all these!. [Somehow old mattress in our room, so not so confort to sleep]. - Wi-Fi existed but wasnt reliable (pc available at reception area). Carrying my heavy luggage on the steep stairs... That's about it!. Wireless was barely working on the top floor. Personnel didn't speak English. There was no bathroom in the common space downstairs, so after one's checked out one shouldn't need to go! Also - check out quite early - 11 am. The breakfast was a little small but that was understandable for the price. It was made to order and the coffee was fresh!. A bit more attention to details could really turn this guesthouse into a hidden gem!. Nothing really it was practical, budget accommodation which worked perfectly for me. Carrying stuff up the stairs can be uncomfortable. nothing. a bit weak wi-fi signal (not a big isssue ;-) ). Breakfast was ok but more like a quick snack at a petrol station. But please do not complain if you dislike such kind of food - the location and style overcomes it. Breakfast only weak point but it is so cheap why not eat ou for breakfast if fussy. Could have done with some tea and coffee making facilities. It is a bit difficult to be found, there are no additional signs from the main street pointing you to the location; breakfast is very basic(3-4 sandwhich types, scrambled eggs, coffee and some juice) and, the downside, is that you can t choose 2 types of food at the same time, per person : if you want more than one item, you must pay extra(for the reservations made with "breakfast included"). - the strangest toilet seat I've seen in my life - made of the leatherette... It was a little tricky to find the place. Tricky to find. The breakfast. Nothing. - noise from the hallway and the other apartments - my room was really small but they had bigger. Not so good breakfast. nothing. small breakfast. Mattress needed replacing, the springs in one half had collapsed. Quite noisy - could hear guests in common area downstairs and music from nearby night club. I really disliked that they did not clean the room every day (the bin was not even once emptied in three days!) Also, the noise in the baths coming from the climatization is simply unbearable at night. Bathroom was a bit small - in fact quite cramped. Beds were not comfortable. Too few options for breakfast. The stairs are very steep.
