  Staff were friendly, there were a lot of stairs to our room, 22 the young lady helped carry the bags & showed us were to park. There is parking outside but can get busy, there is a car park that they use a very short walk away that has CCTV & a guard. Breakfast was served to you, lots of choice, the ham & cheese freshly cooked omelette... what people say » was lovely. Location was good. Our room was a good size but an attic room which if you weren't careful you could keep bumping you head. The bathroom - We were looking for a B&B within walking distance to the walled city of Sibiu in our first trip to Romania. Pensiunea Cardinal was more than we expected. Large room with antique furnishings and comfortable King bed. Air conditioning worked well as we were there mid August. About a quarter mile from the old walled city, where we were thankful for the walk back after dinner each night. Breakfast on the outside terrace each morning was great. Staff very helpful.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Pension Ela. The host was very warm and friendly, she made sure our stay was very comfortable. The Pension is an easy five minute walk from both the station and the main square. The quiet surrounds were perfect for our escape from the big city.   We stayed in the 2 bedroom appartment for the weekend- the pics are accurate - this 2 bedroom appartment is the one with the black couch/armchair living area and wenge kitchen with white table and 4 armchairs. The owner was very friendly, helpfull and prompt, kept in touch with us and was there to greet us when we arrived. The distance to the - there are 2 flats at this address, the bigger one with 2 bedrooms is excellent , lots of space , clean, cable tv and wireless. The smaller one , it's not so good , only has one tiny window and has an unfinished look about it , lots of cables everywhere, a strange smell( I think it was of fresh paint but i'm not sure). However , after being given the smaller one , when we complained to the owner he instantly moved us to the bigger flat so max points from that point of view. Both flats are positi
