We stayed in the apartment, as a complimentary upgrade from the hotel. The apartment was nicely furbished, pretty clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good, lots of options and always full. Also, the spa room is decent, the pool is average is size, the jacuzzi was functional and clean, also the sauna was working and it was great! Internet connection worked very well in our apartment. We would definitely recommend it for a shorter stay/week end gateway.

The appartment room is very nice with fantastic view. Breakfast well balanced with all you need.Also in the price of the room is included pool, jacussy and sauna. The hotel is near "telegongola" which is great for a skiers. A view from the room is great! The restaurant downstairs has a lot of tasty dishes. Can be easily solved with a bowl of water under the radiator. When there are large groups coming to the hotel, it's becoming a bit crowded. - the room and bathroom were a bit small. Enough for a couple but a bit small for a couple with a baby. Unfortunatelly the sauna was out of order and we coudnt use it all our stay. If you would have a room with an adjoining door to another room I should warn you that audibility is very high so you'd better ask for another room )). Minor things like waiting for an order to be placed at the in-house restaurant. i didn' t like the fact that the pool was always full of children, the guests were in the sauna without towels, the jacuzzi was always full, the guests were not of good quality, the music in the restaurant in the evening was not ok (manele). no massage available at the spa. restaurant menu few parking lots. The bathroom is not big enough. Everything was perfect. The Breakfast. chack out very crowded, when we arrived it was very cold and heating system was not working. Baia nu are aerisire. The facilities didn't match up a 4-starred hotel. Perhaps, 3 stars would be more appropriate. The offered price wasn't that cheap at all according to what were provided there. The breakfast was very poor of choice. They can improve the breakfast. The juice they offer in the morning is made with flavour and water, for a 4 stars hotel is not accepted. Poor breakfast. The room was not as clean as expected for a 4 stars hotel. Also we had an issue with the light in the room but it was solved. Jacuzzi often busy or cold Room temperature very difficult to moderate Breakfast was ok, but not great (no fresh juice, fruit and coffee not very good). Dishes in the restaurant where not clean every morning. Interior design lacking. The hotel rooms are not clean and need some renovation. The towels, bath robs, plates and cups in the restoraunt are worn out and have to be replaced a while ago.
