The Location directly on the sea-side is great. A bit far from Mamaia Center, but as the "Tractor-Line" is running each 10 min, it´s easy to go there. Breakfast was excellent, lot´s of food offered and very attentive staff!. Room was excellent,room stewardess very attentive. Many thanks to Irina the receptionist. Service at the reception and at the restaurant. Rooms, toilets are good. Lift is ok.

Very clean and easy acces to every atraction. the staff. the location, the room (actually we had an apartment), worth the money paid...I say is much more a 3 stars+, not a 4stars. It's a 3-star hotel, definitely not 4-star. Location was excellent. room, restaurant. nice room furniture. Close to Luna park. Some efforts of improvement but far from what should be. Hotel is ok for short stay. Room and breakfast. Proximity to beach. Location Sea view. Area. Very bad. Rooms are quite small as usual in Sea side Hotels. The morning buffet don't have sufficient cutlery .Also they never have tea(green or black) serving only medicinal plant infusion as mint or chamomile. Cooking personnel need an extra training...in fact except the sups everything else sucks. Table Tennis Table with broken bats and no balls. Also the table is hindering on the main exit to the beach from the hotel building. Room balcony is dangerous for kids as well as for adults, being so low in height. For Gliders it is good. Housekeeping entered the room while I was dressing. The room is small for 4*. always wait too long on the reception, the phone didnt work in the room, nobody cares; pool is small; the restaurant is to be avoided (food poor, very few types of food to order). elevators ( lose a lot of time to use them). - It's definitely not worth the 4-stars rating. At most, it is a 3 stars hotel. - Poor breakfast. wifi service. Poor cleaning; unfriendly sky bar service; elevators do not work properly; poor parking service; garbage around hotel; slow reaction of reception. Poor and old air conditioning; poor pool. More like a 3 star hotel. Far from center of Mamaia. Small beds,almost fall off in the night,very poor breakfast. Poor reception;you will be charged for towels even if cleaning loses them;the reception and the overall quality does not reflect a 4* hotel; i would say it is more like 2*. It should be 3 stars. Smelly bathroom, sewage problem, solved when requested to reception, at least temporarely. High price Dirty swimming pool Smoked rooms Does not have its own beach Breakfast Limited parking area.
