A hidden location in the middle of incredible natural landscape: -the shuttle bus picked us at the international airport of Cluj-Napoca -the staff is nice and try to do their best -the business meeting point was well set-up so that the business meetings had a high-level environment -the dinner was delicious: excellent international cuisine, diverse wine collection. -the SPA is absolutely great: the architecture, the lightning, the options and the therapies -the golf lessons at the SunGarden Go.
all reviews » This resort is indeed an ideal place to relax after a long, busy week. It is encompassed by lovely, virgin nature. A large forest surrounds the resort allowing visitors to take long walks or even hikes. The sports facilities are many, including a 9 holes golf course due to open soon. However, my favourite entertainment for the weekend was the outdoor swimming pool. The SPA services are very good overall and the staff friendly. The hotel room was fine, the cuisine excellent and in the restauran. The nature around the hotel is awesome. And also, I liked the terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or a good coffee. The Spa and Service staff is EXCELENT!. Really nice staff that helped with the most. The indoor spa is very good!. Nice staff,nice design,good breakfast,awsome Spa. Location - absolutely beautiful, in the hilly forest outside Cluj. Food - excellent. Outdoor and indoor pool - both great. Large room. The spa and pool are very nice The staff was very friendly. Splendid location, nice and clean pools, outside as indoor, tasty food, few very friendly and diligent employees. We observed especially one lady at the reception and two waitresses. There are some technical points that must be solved a.s.a.p. like varying signal reception on mobile phones, some wireless connection issues, a comfortable access control system across all buildings and areas. I would recommend implementing a modern room charge system, covering all resort facilities, similar to those you can find around big resorts. It would be also nice and helpful to find a souvenir shop and a basic sportswear shop within the resort, just in case guests forget to bring their own equipment, like I did. I also recommend having a multilingual menu, not only a Romanian and English version. The breakfast! but I do not mean the food itself, it's all right, but the absence of the menu. Why should the waiter several times to repeat what they had for breakfast. It would be quite a small menu on a piece of paper. Small beds!. In the room no coffee or tea.We had to ask for teeth kit..in a 5 star hotel also shall be some more then a small bottle of shower gel in an apartment.. Bathroom was kind of smelling from bad plumbing. Noise of construction work too early in the morning - repeatedly. The bathroom in the room should be renewed. We reserved a premium room and got a standard room..unfortuntely we did not notice imediately and the room was a little small for 3 people. the most employees are working with no power, no communicative, bored. Many things are looking like unfinished, eve if they are considered like finished :-). Almost no cleaning of the corridors; dead flies were there over more days Mattresses could be of better quality, for this star and price level.
