As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport (10 mins away) and to the city center (10 min) and taxi is available anytime in 2 minutes. Special thanks to the staff! I had a wonderful stay!.
all reviews » I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Paradis, the Hotel was very clean comfortable and the Spa was so relaxing. The staff at this Hotel were second to none, nothing was a chore. The Reception staff were with out doubt the most professional I've ever meet and really went that extra mile for us, so a big thank you to Laura and Miett. I would really recomend this City and Hotel it is well worth a look... Right in the popular center only 15 minutes walk from the historical center of Cluj gave us the chance to experience all sides of this city. Staff incredibly friendly, helpful and full of recommendations. Facilities excellent and food, especially breakfast was the best we tasted all trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, which was above expectations. Thanks to the lady from kitchen for delicious omelet in the morning. Rooms are bright and pleasant. I will come back with pleasure at this hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly especially girls from reception,the atmosphere is great, bar relaxed...lobby beautiful.The hotel is excellent, first class service and perfectly clean. Dor a city hotel it is in a quiet location but close enough to walk to city centre in 10 minutes, or catch a bus which were very frequent. Nice clean and comfortable bed and room, Very good. Great service, really. Arrived very late when the restaurant was closed so they arranged me pizza for late dinner and put it on the room account. Also there was splendid choice for breakfast. the welcome, the room, the location, the masage, the free use of the spa - all together a nice stay of one night for a good price. Cluj itself to visit can be achieved in 1, max. 2 days. The staff is very kind, and always very available (and moreover good looking :) ) I have appraciated the availability to face oof to any requests during my frequent business trips. We aslo would recommend to make instead of the aroma cave a steam bath. 20min walking from oldtown, and clinning lady open the door 2 times ealy morning wich I found quite not confortable. Nothing. Ongoing renovation works (but this is temporary), A bit noisy (you can hear people in corridors and neighbor rooms as well as street noise). The lobby downstairs looks quite old fashioned. location. Food could be improved. Arround the hotel. view out the window is not very nice. foyer was very smoky and the smoke smell drifted upstairs to the rooms. No tee & coffe available in the room. -. parking. Smoking in the SPA area must be forbidden. Smoking in the Lobby and in the restaurant allowed. No one offered to help with the luggage.
