all reviews » Very attractive comfortable room, delightful pool, very helpful staff especially in providing us with a packed breakfast and fresh coffee before going to the airport at 0430. We stayed here on our first night and last nights in Romania and it was a wonderful place to relax after and before a flight. The swimming pool was especially welcome. Free parking a available. staff was great, they helped with anything. they have a nice underground parking and no charge for it. swimming pool is very clean. the breakfast was good, they have omlette service and gentleman who prepares omlettes was very kind with us. location is kind of good, you have to walk around 7-8 min until old city. I have just returned from Cluj where I stayed at Opera Plazza hotel with my wife, and I would like to say that it was an excellent experience. I liked the room, the pool and the pub, and, of course, the staff who were wonderful. Highly recomended. Excellent location close to Opera House. Staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast superb - chef there to cook omelettes to your choice. Staff were friendly and breakfast staff were fantastic and wonderful with our young son. Could not have been better. All is fine, very clear. large spacious room and large bed. Everything was ok, no remarks. The staff were friendly and courtous hotel was plesent and facility's were just as required The food was nice. location and breakfast. Low water pressure and no shower cabin on the bathroom, the hot tub is little uncomfortable,at least the apartment I was in. No spa services ,as far as I understand is a temporary issue. Room quality is not 5-star one. It is a classic Romanian 4-star hotel. In the evening around 19.30, sauna was switched off so I had to call reception to make it work again and it says that it lasts 20 min. because of this, I dropped sauna. the stairs of the pool seemed to me kind of dangerous to climb down. Nothing. Wash hand basin in bathroom leans forward so much that the soap slides off onto the floor. Nothing. bathroom was not clean all around, you would expect this from a 5 stars hotel. Check-out needs a lot of time. The Lady was busy with another customer and the man "plays" on the computer and pay no attention to the guests. old tv.
