Staff very helpful. the staff were very helpful. Room design,staff,position. got what i expected... so no surprises.It was a very quiet place, very clean. Location, room size and cleanliness. good location and silent rooms. Location, clean simple rooms. The negative is the breakfast is not good, the room is average and the food leaves a lot to be desired, if they improve this considerably then the hotel would be close to perfect and would be great value. The only thing i did not like was that the bread at the beakfast buffet was a little bit old.lack of a lobby where you can sit and relax. The breakfast is poor. The staff were very helpful, especially as we were having to book taxis late at night: the hotel took care of this for us and it was a dream. We did ask a couple of times about reccommedations for restaurants which they could really help us with (pointed us to the restaurant in their sister hotel).
