Wonderful !!! staff professional and friendly ! (thanks Claudia Joannaand Housekeeper !!) The place is quite, 5 minutes by walk from thecentre. Accomodation is fantastic...always clean...fantastic! Thanks alot! I advice to spend your days in Bucarest in Villa Marchisa. It was a great hotel - apartment. in central Boucharest. the location was perfect quiet and safe. the price was very low. good at warmth and hot water all day! comfortable. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. totally accoutrements.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and the place was convienient for the centre of the city. Amazingly helpful staff at all times even when i had a problem back home, they all went out of their way to help.Pretty much everything. Had a very nice time. Everything: location, the rooms...location. The apartment contains a bedroom, living room and kitchen - very comfortable. It is conveniently located in a residential area within a few km of most of Bucharest's points of interest. The staff was very helpful during my stay.The room was beautiful to look at and the little kitchen really handy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. apartment style accommodation (w kitchen) is very good for parent with little baby. quite central but still have to walk for 10 mins to metro.the quietness and the cleanliness, the central location. Close to downtown. Unique building and quiet location. The room was spacious and offered a lot of storage for luggage. Overall room was comfortable and private.Good location near University Square. the location, the apartment. Our reception, and the apartment. plenty of space and not far from centre. The location is very good and the room was clean. Leaving!. Nothing. All was simply perfect!. it should be a good chance have a breakfast service, because there are no bar in the neighboroods. The room was slightly damp and the bed quite lumpy. tv didn't work and not many taxi knows where it is.no phone in the room. should have an elevator;should have printed folders with touristic information; the A.C. units very poor. 1. Room needs maintenance work, (shower door panels kept coming off the track), and kitchen walls need to be cleaned. 2. No phone in the room. 3. Ugly construction view from the room. 4. No TV signal. Overall this room felt like a 3 star vs. a 4 star. Very hard to find (back streets), more like a 3 than 4 star. internet was not working, there was not hot water in the first day, i didn't knew that the apartment is not in the villa building. Could do with a kettle. no breakfast facility , external decoration , taxi ordered but did not come. We did not have hot water and no heating. The staff would fix the cv, but it was only a short time solution, because every morning we only had cold water again. It became obvious to us that the problem with the cv was not temporarily, It was really dissapointing that they did not get a professional to fix it and only on the last day they offered us another room. It was very uncomfortable!. No hot water, air condition system too small for such a big apartment, the fridge froze our food, the door in the shower was broken, poor mattress. The staff insisted on filling lots of papers and check in took at least 20 minutes. The apartment we had booked was not available because of problems with electricity and water, so we had to move to another apartment in another building.
