Very nice new hotel. On of the best I'm ever been. In Bucharest I thing the best choose!. The staff gave "the extra mile", and they were very polite. the room was very nice, clean, not small. Excelent hotel , clean and warm.The bed and the hotel clean. New state of the art hotel.Very new rooms, price... the hotel was new, very nice and clean and for us its location was perfect, because we could walk to town and on the other hand it was easy to drive to the airport.

The door is not at all phonic isolated. Spa and pool not yet available due to construction.little space fror breakfast buffet. they should had free internet service. checkout took more than 15 minutes waiting. Internet too expensive - 15EUR/day is in these days, when having aninternet connection is the same as having a door-bell, a total rip off.Should be included in room rate!. Breakfast could start at earlier hour. I believe 6 or 6.30 would be more convinient for those who must leave the hotel early in the morning. I thing,that room servis don´t hoover every day. Hotel is ner the airport and fair ground, but to centre of city I must cab or bus.the hotel doesn't have pool and a spa area. Swimming pool and fitness room weren't available yet. Also the access to the front of the hotel was somewhat chaotic.When I arrived to the hotel, they took the reservation department about 1 hour to find our booking. Restaurant food poor;no Romanian tomatoes. extrem arrogance of the bar staff, especially a young lady on the night of 23-rd of October 2008. she was away more courteus and charming to her male colleagues than to the guest. we waited for 20 minutes for the menu and finaly we had to go to the bar to get it and make the order. obviously we disturbed her private conversation and the rest of the service was accordingly. the staff has any respect and are not trained to work in high standard hotel, during breakfast 3 of them where talking so loud , that the breakfast room was disturbed by them, until I asked them to shut up, at arrival receptiondesk was not covered, we had to wait.Restaurant is poor, I had to hear that meaby they could make a steak, there was a wedding and the cook was very busy?????????????.
