You might still find my reviews from last year :o) The fact I returned to this place this year is self-explaining.I booked a room upstairs (hotel section-not the budget hostel) to enjoy three more days in Bucharest.Staff again-great!Value for money anyway and you'll find me over there again somewhen next year. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The payment was accepted in euro. The wlan worked well (but was available only in the lobby).

In the morning I got woken up by the playing and screaming of (the owner's?) children in the lobby. Clogged shower drain, but still usable Thin walls, not much privacy. Nothing to say here...I was satisfied. smoking is permitted in the breakfast area in the morning. Tiny room, bed sheet was stained, rooms are poorly isolated, so you can virtually hear everything. Some of the rooms are very small and windowless. "matrimonial rooms" ridiculously small. If you have a piece of luggage you do not have space to put it anywhere. Should be renewed. Stayed in a triple room that was dirty, the window in the room had been boarded up making the room dark with no ventilation. You have no idea if its night or day. The shower did not drain away and flooded the floor everytime you used it. The Bathroom window had also been boarded up as it opened into a corridoor of another hotel at floor level. The entrance gives the impression of something below *. I suggest a little amount of money invested into a more welcoming entrance. the rooms did not have windows. airconditioner extremely nisy, brakefast aweful, noisy street and noisy hotel, dangerous stairs, no elevator, rooms verry small, very different then in the pictures displayed. shower leaked everywhere. tiny room. air con the size of a washing machine was too loud to keep on. unfriendly staff. avoid.
