Really lovely hotel, with super friendly staff ! Ideally situated in the city. Airy and spacious room, every comfort met. Will be return here next year when l visit Brasov again! A very big thank you to the staff for making me feel so at home :-). The staff was very helpful. I've never had more a more helpful reception desk, and I've travelled alot. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return if I come back to Brasov.

Fair budget, 10 min away from old city Nice staff. Nothing to dislike whatsoever :-). The only issue I had was with the bed. The sheets were extremely silky, making the whole bed very slippery. I kept sliding off the bed, and it was difficult to keep the pillow under head. - Paper-thin walls - Weak and slightly complicated WiFi -Curtains really in need of spring cleaning-full of dust. No elevator. breakfast, very small window, very big air conditioner. - the initial room didn't have air conditioning, although the ad on letsbookhotel.com said it did - the bathroom appliances could use a refresh, as they are not functioning very well. There wasn't wi-fi signal on the room we were, you needed to go outside to get signal. The shower could not be closed correctly and since it was to small there was water all over after taking a shower. It looks that some improvements can be made as there were things that did not work correctly, such as some drawers and the tv remote. Wifi signal was terrible. Cleanness Lack of lift. Bathroom. The bed!. -There is no hotel staff to help you for luggage, with no elevator available , i don"t recommend to take heavy stuff with you , - Heavy A/C sound.
