The location was excellent, right in the middle of the most popular square just across the road from the Irish pub and overhead the English bar yet still very quite at night. There is an offlicence and shop next door. The view of the square is fab. The checking in was simple and quick as was the checking out. I requested a alte check out which was granted without any hassle. The apartment manager even rang me to confirm this. The apartment itself is a little basic but still has all that is need.
all reviews » The girl from the reception was very friendly and efficient, the flat we stayed is charming, clean and spacious, well located in the heart of Wroclaw and close to good coffes, restaurants, bars and the historical center. And theres a parking included in the price, and everyone knows how hard is to park in the centre of town =) Was really a good experience!. The apartment we booked was not very nice and smelt badly of cigarette smoke, we complained at reception and they were extrememly helpful, moved us to a new apartment and even took our suitcases by car for us. The staff were excellent. we were in apartment grenada in the galleria,fab location 2 mins walk from the old town main square,great places to eat especially the Italian restaurant by the university very cheap and great food.wroclaw is a great city lots 2 see. I loved the location. The flat was very nice and comfortable. It was located in the very center of the old town, it had a Nice Bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a huge bed room with 5 beds totally and tv. Manager upgraded our apartment and was very helpful when the first apartment did not have four single beds,(one was a sofa bed) Central,clean,convenient and close to good restaurants. Everything was spot on.Lots of room,very clean,lovely kitchen but the best thing about our apartment was it had a balcony with great views of the city,we had room number 20 (Toledo). The location could not be better...so close to city square. The apartment was large, well equipped, bright, and clean. One of the nicest places we stayed while in Poland. Very clean, everything supplied. Ideal location. The bed collapsed the first night and when we told the staff, without any fuss we were rehoused. However this did not cause any real problems. a little hard to find the parking if you don´t know the city, getting lost with the car in those little streets is not very nice. The hotel can improve the communication between the parking and the reception, maybe a camera or an interphone. The entrance and stairways were very dark and dismal and there wasnt a lift but we did know this before we accepted it. the apartment grenada was very nice comfortable big double bed but the down side was very little cooking utensils pots e.t.c so found it difficult to cook,so ate out but everywhere is so cheap. i needed a big bed for me and my Girlfriend, unfortunately they had just 2 single bed which we had to couple every night, but the parquet got the swift away while we were sleeping, getting us very uncomfortable. The beds offered in the first apartment were not comfortable. One was a hard and dented sofa bed. The breakfast was disappointing. Not many English speaking channels on the T.V. nor any music channels. The washing machine was broke but this wasn't a huge issue for us so we didn't mention it. No dislikes. Workmen were drilling every day in the day really loud when I was in bed after having a big tummy operation I desperately needed to sleep but couldn't as the hotel workmen were banging knocking and drilling every day accept Sunday!!!. Would've appreciated some coffee and tea in the room. Also room was in need of a good deep clean (under beds and in closets). There was no soap in the shower!. Some of a the staff does not speak English very well. But they are friendly and helpful nonetheless. nothing. Staff with poor english. One of the beds was broken and was unable to sleep. Wifi didnt work. The main office had no change. All the light fittings had no covers and most had no bulbs. The bathroom didn't look as it was cleaned properly (mostly the floor).Sheets had a dirt stain. When i reported it, they answered that the equipment is rather old so it just looks like it's dirty.The main lamp in the bedroom didnt work. Dirty black smelly water in washing machine made apartment smell Television too difficult to operate. Floor was dirty and frusge dud not work properly. Cleaning services Small 2nd sofa. Graffeti everywhere.Appartment smelt of stale smoke,toilet was leaking with raw sewage from bottom of toilet stanction, although it was repaired the next day. Very noisy appartment beneith us despite our request for a quiet room. Had reason to believe that some of the rooms are being resided in on a full time basis aswell.Bed quilts and pillows were stained,with 2 used condom wrappers left in bedside draw. First room very dated, sockets blew, TV aerial broke no English Chanel's nothing like pics on web site. Did get moved on request following day & room much better as updated. Other apartments obviously being updated as drilling etc going on from morning till late afternoon. It wasn t clean, the internet didn t work and eventhough i ve asked the staff to sort it out, they didn t do anything. The tv remote wasn t working aswell. Very dissapointed.
