Not much at this vist, as my wife was having treatment in a clinic.We would very much like to stay in your Hotel, so we can enjoy it,as a holiday. the hotel is really great.....i recommend it for all the travelers........the opportunty to try locol foods choices from the menu. It was comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. The staff were eager to please and quite helpful.

Having to pay for parking, considering that you were a bit out of thecity, paying for parking was a bit of a joke. Was only 4 euro but stillshould be thrown in for free.. Buffet breakfast like most places bit onthe expensive side. Non-working airco in multiple rooms (building has no windows, so you really need airco in summer). Beds could be of better quality (sleeps ok, but feels like a temporary something). TV quality. I think the beds were too soft and too low for the necessary comfort. The entrance was also a bit peculiar as you had to gain access from a garage service station.maby to soft bed. bed too low. The hotel in general was great, however they should review the lack of english channels on the tv. A large proportion of clients who attend the hotel are English. Either upgrade the TV service or provide DVD service would be sufficient. The twin bad rooms are in my opinion pretty small for two persons. the location could have been better if nearer the rynek square. a bit far from city centre. It was awkward getting to the front entrance having, it seems, to go through the Garage/Car wash etc. If I had been staying longer perhaps I would have found a safer way. Room too full with double bed and furniture.Very small rooms!, Not enough light. The beds are terrible although it is a new hotel! Taxi servcie under all critic, had to wait 80min and lost a meeting...small room. Mon-Fri it's used for more corporate meetings so very busy and lobby/bar too small to accomodate. Beds are too soft and walls very thin. Heard snoring from next door and constant hearing of doors closing! If a tourist - do not use this hotel, business purposes - yes. No room service either. Only 1 channel on TV that was English speaking - news.Yes, the spring beds were quite uncomfortable. Too fair from main city centre approx 4 kms.Rooms too small for two persons. Use if internet....no sound with 'you tube'...also I thought with 'satellite tv'..I would have a selection of channels in English...not the case...it was Euronews which repeated and repeated over and onver again...disappointed...It was a little difficult to arrive to parking of the hotel. The big problem was to buy bus tickets. One of the bus driver make me favor and sell me one way tickets. Maybe the hotel will keep some tickets?. Rooms were a bit cramped especially toilet facilities and washbasin. Iwas solo, don't know if two would have fitted. Recommendation would bewith some reservations. beds were awful (very soft and the curve in middle takes you down(. considering this is a new hotel this is a negative point. location is a bit out of town center. you better take taxi (20-30 zlote) instead of walking 30mins in an unpleasent environment. tiny rooms, difficult to use toilet as area so small(and I am not over weight). Non smoking rooms smelt of smoke.Pool not available for three days. Although a Jakussi was stated. there wasnt one. only two vegetarian choices and nothing else offered so after two days we ate else where.room was to small and far to hot .beds wer in very bad condision , sunk in the middle . wet sheet made u sweat , so didint get much sleep , maid shud change sheets every day due to / wet sheets . the matress of the bed was too soft and wobbling.air conditioning did not work the whole time i was there, was given no explanation or any discount. The hotel desribed its location as "minutes from the centre", a key reason for our booking, when in fact it was over 45 minutes walk, and about 15 minutes by tram.bad situation for visit the city. the beds very,very unconfortable. The room smaller. In this hotel is not recomendable go whith children because they haven't beds for they. The twin rooms were very small!. We did not like the size of the room. It is soooooo small, even by Europe's standards. Tiny, Tiny room. The cots (a matress on springy 4 pronged thing) in the room were very uncomfortable. Now if the hotel could flip those cots up into the wall to give a bit of space to change your clothes, that might be okay. I would not stay at this hotel again. Too expensive for the small space in room.
