We were extremely satisfied with the accommodations provided to us. Our apartment was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. An added bonus was that we were met by the owner, Gregory, at Warszawa Centralna Railway Station and he led us to the apartment. He even helped us carry our luggage. This was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, and Gregory gave us not only a tour of the apartment itself but also a brie.
all reviews » Perfect location in safe area of downtown - bus and tram stops, Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna) almost downstairs. Metro station - 5 min. walk. Grocery, a few restaurants/cafes/bars with reasonable prices in next building downstairs (I liked Guru Sushi and Dada Café with outdoor tables). The building didn't look pretty but my 2-room Deluxe Apartment with Balcony was pretty modern and new, was perfectly clean and had everything incl. very efficient air-con and small balcony with gre. Everything was more than perfect, the apartment was so much more than you could imagine based on photos. Every corner of the apartment was clean and there was everything you could ever need on a holiday, even a laundry machine! Location was extremely central next to the Cantral Station and Zlote Tarasy Shopping Mall, there is no better location to stay in Warsaw. The owner is so friendly, helpful and trustful. They always answer the phone and e-mail quickly and always have the solution to every. I stayed in Deluxe studio. The appartments is very beautiful: modern, clean and I had everything I needed, including fully equipped kitchen, tea, coffee and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The location is wonderful!!! 5 min walk from a big mall (with restaurants and activities around), main train station with metro, bus stations. City center is 10-15 mins walk. Very nice and hospitable owners. Gregory is soooo friendly and always ready to help! If I come to Warsaw again, I will choose the same pla. Location is perfect when you need to wake up very early and catch your bus or a train. Train station and international bus stop right across the street. Also it is great for shopping, big shopping center is at opposite side and other ones are nearby. Appartament itself is very clean and cosy. Seems like everything is brand new and recently installed. In the kitchen you can find tea, coffee, water and juices which are complimentary. Very nice from owner! Definitely recommend to all travellers!. In the city so location is very good for shopping. Geoffrey is simply great, met us at central station and helped us with out luggage to walk to the unit. On departure, again met us and transported us to our arranged pick up point not far away. Even though the weather was quite warm there are plenty of windows which could be opened to pick up the breeze. The apartment has just about everything you need, including a washing machine. This was one of the best booking experiences ever! I loved the owner's immediate follow up, the friendly manner and the accommodating service. I would recommend this option to anyone who wants to stay in Warsaw but does not want to be constrained by the hotel reality. The room was modern and clean. It had an awesome bathroom and delicious coffee. What more do you need? :). the staff was in contact in advance to make sure to be available when we arrive. we were offered help in all respects of our visit. the apartment was spacious and included almost everything we could need during our stay. there is a big supermarket on the other soide of the street. the location was perfect for our purpose of the visit . I have an excellent stay in this hotel, the room is very clean, designed, especially perfectly located (near to everything, shops, bar, tram, metro, bus...) with a great city view! And very big, with towels and bedlinen. The building is like many buildings here, old soviet style with old concrete hallways. The staff were great and provided all the information I asked for. Excellent location for the central train station which means you can get anywhere by bus or tram. A walk to the Rondo Charles'a de Gaulle is at least 30 minutes. A few minor issues that didn't influence my final top mark: water from air-con tube on balcony poured on balcony floor (I fixed it in seconds changing the position of the tube); slow and small lift; ugly building design. Pictures at letsbookhotel.com are from different apartaments I guess, small misleading but I think other ones are same good standard as we had. Hard to keep windows open because of street noice, but there is air conditioner in each room which is quite smart and silent. The only negative is street noise if you have to have the windows open. Airconditioning should overcome this problem as the windows would be able to be closed. the sleeping beds needed some mending. The building that houses the apartment is not very nice but that doesn't make a difference honestly. Nothing, I couldn't find anything negative. Some steps (not wheelchair accessible) to take the elevator. Facilities are slightly old. Renovation is recommended partialy. I had a problem finding the place. A side door (turned out to be the main door) had a note written in Polish. I stopped people walking nearby and they tried using the buzzer code (I couldn't figure out the buzzer code) with no answer. Then one of them called the phone number I was given, someone answered and I was let in. I travel a lot and have never before experienced not being able to find and then enter the hotel/apartment I booked. A bit noisy outside during the night. But well it was Saturday night and city centre. We didn't spend enough time in Warsaw. nothing. We were in really high temperature days and air conditioning in our appartment would be needed -infortunately is not available even with extra charges -however to be hones air-conditioning was not mentioned as option during reservation so owner was honest and complied with offer. Parking place is free but from 6 p.m. in working days -before there is a need to pay local fees. In weekends is free all day long. A personal thing, but we did not like the towelling sheet on the bed. Also a few extra cooking utensils and a microwave would be good. Rather expensive, if it isn't a discount for the period you stay there. Nothing. No top sheet on beds, but that's a Polish thing everywhere. Not much to dislike. WiFi was nonexistent on 5th floor. Loud drunks in courtyard at night. Quite noisy location near main streets. Way too large pillows. Nothing all perfec. No. There is always some noise when sleeping in the city center. As it's a regular apartment for rent not for a short term staying, there was no sign or reception. I had to call them to find out the place. The lack of shower curtains in the bathroom. Nothing.
