It is a great Hotel in the best part of Warsaw. Located in a very quiet, clean and secure location surrounded by beautiful buildings. Hotel is located only about 100 m from the Lazienki - most beautiful royal park / residence in Poland where you can walk for hours enyoing nature and natural beauty. Rooms are very good and comfortable. There is a swimming pool, gym. Sauna, good restaurant, garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. From all the hotels I know in Warsaw, this one was my favorite.
all reviews » Stuffs were very friendly. I enjoyed swimming and fitness gym. The guest room we stayed had both bath tub and shower. We fortunately enjoyed Chopin Concert at the Park near the Hotel. I left a cloth at other hotel. So one stuff made effort to contact with traffic agency. We were happy to take the cloth again. Good modern hotel, pool facility, garden area for breakfast, buffet breakfast good, good sized well-equipped room, great peaceful location yet close to excellent public transport and local sites of interest like Lazienki Park. staff very helpful and attentive. Location is good: close to a beautiful park and to the underground, in a quiet street. You could also walk to the old center but it would take 20 minutes or so. The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Good swimmingpool within the hotel. Everything was perfect. A+. Nothing to declear. no adverse comments. No disadvantages, really. Parking was like 100 meters from the hotel, down the street. We didn't know about the pool etc! Or the restaurant!. A bit off-centered, but 7 min ride on a freqnuent tram from Centrum (#4, #18,or 35) brings you to within 5 min walking distance from the hotel. No restaurant for dinner in the hotel but you can find one nearby. The double bed consisted in two separated mattresses that seemed to be also in separated boxes with hard borders all around so it is pretty uncomfortable if you move around the bed. Breakfast and dinner service need to be worked on. I was refused food service at 2130, even though they stopped serving at ten. But they served me soup after a bit Of pleading. Airco in the room was set on 23 degrees, windows not possible to open. two things: 1 - parking 300 m from the hotel, 2 - Warsaw. Inyernet coverage. I wish bed was more comfortable. heating, no wireless internet.
