Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel facilities were of an excellent standard and much better than 5 * hotels that Ive previously stayed in. Room was scrupulously clean. Buffet breakfast was of excellent quality. We had dinner in the restaurant which was outstanding both in quality and value for money. A true credit to the hotel industry. Thank you for a perfect stay!. excellent location in the very city centre; room decor and amenities; view of the magnificent Palace of Culture and Science; grand lobby, helpful staff, especially Magda, Guest Relations Manager, who recommended good bars and clubs (she actually called the clubs to see whether they were open since it was mid-week and called us back to our room, as promised), delicious breakfast.
all reviews » Location, Location Location . 5 mins walk from Centralna Station and at the hub of bus, metro and tram lines. We had Room 418 on the front with a big bay window. Perfect for those night shots of the Palace of Science and Culture. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. Staff were excellent service as you would expect was very good, the hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location, the limo driver at the hotel who will pick you up and drop you off at the airport was first class, a lovely guy from Ghana. It's a truly beautiful place, with a lot of old school charm to it, yet very cosy and comfortable. You're getting a bit of luxury for reasonable price, I think. We enjoyed it a lot and I wish we stayed longer than only two days !. Very close from Warszawa central station, bath room is big, clean and floor is comfortable for heating. Overall it was fantastic, however some of the staff (mainly in the bar) were quite unfriendly and unhelpful, but this was just 1 or 2, the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive and I will definitely return. perhaps abit too much oil on the salad!. extortionate internet link charge in room 88PLN/24hrs should be free at this room price. The room's heating was not working properly.
