Our original apartment was changed but we were informed of the changes directly by phone and asked if this wouldbe OK. As it turned out the replacement was lovely.Realy good location and a very good apartment. The apartment was big with a lot of space, clean and equiped with everything we needed. Very good!!.

I prefer a real bed above an sleeping couch (as second bed). no. The kettle in the hotel didn't work. Maybe a couple of basics - as its an apartment - like some soap and drinking water. The website shows a different location from the office to the apartments what is a little deceiving, the kitchen could have more utensiles.Toilet did not flush properly, the pan was not fixed to the floor, and a sewerage smell was always there. Toaster short circuited when used. TV remote control did not work. All this was reported to hotel staff and they were not interested. The sofa bed in the sitting room is not suitable for adults.Repair of problems with the hot water for the bath. Rynek Wars looked "old" and corridors were dark, even if they said "newly" renovated. There was no hairdryer as advertised. The utensils and toaster could have been cleaned better. Its time to change their chopping board and wooden spoons and floor mop.That there was no internet connection in the room. For a business trip this is necessary. They did not tell us that the sofa was an exrta bed(sofa bed). Too many keys for entering. Not easy to use the keys. I asked for a non-smoking apartment. Whilst I realise that it may not bepossible everytime, I would have prefered to have been told that theapartment would smell quite badly of smoke. It wasn't pleasant. It's painted in colours of scrambled eggs! Heaters don't have settings...Reception unreachable by car/taxi because it's in the city center where traffic is prohibited. Appartment is far from from the reception when you have a luggage. Ordered taxi didn't picked me up after check-out. I didn't get invoice. I can not recommend it for business travellers. It's quite inconvenience for the check-in is not the hotel itself.The price was quoted in Euros but I was requested to pay in Polish currency. Dust on furniture. Only one double bed and one uncomfortable double sofa bed, We were led to believe there were two single beds. Unsuitable for single serx groups. Shower was a waste of time-no pressure and no hook to hold it up, we had to go elsewhere to shower. unfreundliche besatzung. on the web site you see the nice surroundings, but the apartment is somewhere in a dark and noisy road (many drunken folks at night).

Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 until 20:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 until 17:00 on weekends. The reception is in the courtyard, accessed through a gate at ul. Nowy Świat 27. Should your arrival be outside these hours, please contact Old Town Apartments at least 40 minutes prior to arrival or as far in advance as possible. Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a 15 EUR late check-in fee. Please note that apartments are located at different locations in the Old Town. The apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor in buildings without lifts. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is available upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. After check-in, you will be transported to your accommodation. Please note that apartments are located at different locations in the Old Town. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Nowy Świat 29/3 (entrance through the main gate at Nowy Świat 27), 00-029 Warsaw. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Old Town Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 400 is required on arrival.
