I liked the time I spend at Kyriad Prestige. The room was very comfortable, will all facilities needed. The personnel was extremely kind and nice. If I were to go in Warsaw again I would choose the same hotel. Delicious breakfast, great restaurant for dinner with reasonable and varied buffet. 24 hour access to gym and jacuzzi. You must get a tram or walk to the main mall,which is 15 mins away. Internet in rooms if you have your laptop but nopc in the lobby, you must go to the hotel next door.l didn't like paying money for car parking.it is not good for such a modern hotel. The fitness suite could have been better managed. It may well have beenmy failing but I had some difficulties in operating the equipment dials.Lack of English speaking TV channels. No trashcan in the bedroom. Not TV in english channels without voices over. 15 eur for breakfast, 13 eur for parking. Should be better price. they have 1 English channel.Staff could be more friendly. Climatisation system wasn't working,it was to hot when the window was open.On sunday morning only one person at the reception, moreover hanging on the phone, and not short queue where i stayed for 10 minutes. The resturant of the hotel was reserved for some kind of meeting, and there was no notice about that, even when I went for breakfast at the same place, there was no sign of that. It really made me embarassed after I had invited my customer to join me with the lunch.On the hotel's website, the directions from the airport are wrong: they indicate a bus stop name that does not exist. Hotel great but an English channel on the bedroom television would have been welcome. Breakfast good but perhaps a little pricey as not included in price of hotel when we booked .Make sure you get a room from "the quiet side": the street side is so noisy that it is impossible to sleep there. We needed to change the room but after that it was superb. If at the front of the hotel, the road noise was quite bad.
