Beautiful place !!! perfect clean close to old town easy to reach from airport or any other location Michael from desk very helpful, good wifi 100% recommend good price value we got early got room the soonest we walk in Great place to stay !!!!!!. Its location 2 km or so from the central station. On a major crossroads with many trams and busses stopping within 100m of the hotel make getting around very easy. Free WiFi Free use of PCs in lobby. Will use again.

When leaving and checking under the bed found a condom wrapper, which is probably indicative of the type of some customers and used services at the Hotel. It did also mean the cleaning of the room had not been that thorough prior to a new customer and during the stay. Could be embarrising if one's wife joined on a later day :). - Just minor issue such as no water jug (electric jug) provided and no cups. It will be very helpful if Ibis can provide this. Nothing! :). It's not a great minus but anyway sometimes INTERNET was slow and it was heavily speak by skype. -nothing. The private parking is somewhat expensive compared to the price of the accomodation (60 PLN/day). Only one towel per person for face and body. It would be much better with a second small towel . To expensive for a IBIS hotel. Prices during the week may reach 100 euros.... bit of a smell from the bathroom after using shower. There isn't fridge or mimi bar. Room rate is low but price for parking is extremely high. Small rooms, tiny bathroom, not so much facilities, but most importantly it was more expensive than other much better hotels. No toothbrush/toothpaste. only one towel per person shower pressure too weak. While checking in we were informed that there is a risk there wouldn't be host water for app. half an hour. That was OK. But we were not warned that there is a risk that no water whatsoever would be running from the tap for more than an hour. That made us late for very important event. The staff was not really bothered, neither word of regret nor any attempt to recompense this serious inconvenience was made. It seems that our room was for people with limited abilities. In addition very old facilities, strong smell of smoking. Even ash tray outside the window... I have been in that hotel before, difference vs regular room is very significant. At раездн at once blocked the sum for number on a card, and then and the second sum for number payment.
