The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and the free wifi worked very well.There is a supermarket within 100 m of the hotel. The Polish people are very friendly and english appears to be widely understood if not actually spoken. Taxis are cheap and avoid having to negotiate the bus and tram network.Food and drink are cheap and it is definately a country I will return to for a 5th time!.

The location of this hotel is great (business district), it's close to Galeria Mokotow (great mall) and there is a Biedronka store on the corner (Supermarket). The hotel is not fancy but it's clean, friendly, comfortable and at a good price. The hotel is located in the suburbs and is about 6-700 mtrs from the underground. The local restaurants appear to be fast food outlets so we didnt leave the hotel after dark. No air-con in the rooms so windows are open so noise outside can be heard but didnt keep us awake. No, all was good. Unlike many others who have commented I was not very impressed with the breakfast buffet - it was a little bit too Polish for me. Lots of religious icons (as a non Polish speaker I did not realize this hotel was owned/operated by/for priests/church). Religious services were held at the hotel but it was not intrusive and the staff did not proselytize in any way (though there was no alcohol in the minibar nor in the restaurant). Because of this they may not be gay-friendly or friendly to other religions or open atheists (but I can't confirm this). Sometimes could hear noise from conference room behind the wall, but no problem. No air conditioning. Lift is not from ground floor. Bed is a little bit hard and pillow is small. The hotel is surrounded with block of flats... so is suitable for comfort nights after arrangement of business duties... All good!. Very basic. Some traffic noise from the main road nearby. Quite far from city center, no air conditioning in the rooms. CNN was the only english channel on the tv. CNN and news channels in general are horrible. A bit awkward room setup (Narrow room and a small suite) could make a fantastic double room instead. Room is a little small.
