location, free wi fi, available covered parking (10 euro/day), very pretty and comfortable apartments. Be careful : Before your arrival you have to make a phone call to the owner in order to come and to give you the key, because there is not any reception and nobody in the building knows about these apartments. The apartment was in top condition, good follow-up by contact person, spoke excellent English and most of all quiet atmosphere in the building because of continuous watchman service.

The apartment was modern, and had everything you would need. location. bed linen were not ironed. Nothing special. No air cooling in apartment and Warszawa was not so fresh as we could expect. Please focus that this is just a 1 bedroom apart with a living room. Not 2 bedroom apart,as we thought before the arrival. Wheelchair accessible but bathroom facilities not. I needed 4 days and 3 reminders to get my invoice. No company logo outside, had to call to find. Weird smell in the apartment. No reception. It should be somewhere mentioned in the booking page that you need to contact the owner at least 60min before to get the key. If that was the case we wouldn´t had to wait. Check out time is a bit too early. Language was a problem... 6 people can sleep there but only 2 in the bedroom can sleep comfortably. Sofa-bed was falling apart...lounge unit was OK for children but not for adults. The apartment requires fixing, several electricity outlets aren't working. The window blinds in the main bedroom are broken. There is no door separating the bedroom and living room, doesn't really count as a one bedroom apartment; anyone watching the tv can easily bother anyone sleeping. water in the shower cubicle was collecting and you ended up standing in the pool of dirty water - some of the dirt was coming up from floor drain.
