The bed is squeezed into a small cubicle with no space on either side
(there's a window sill in back of the bed); there was no shower
curtain, one stove burner was not working, and no frying pan; the
kitchen table is very high but the chairs are low; some of the kitchen
cabinets were cluttered and not the cleanest; our first impression was
the neighborhood felt a little dodgy (the apartment is one flight up
behind 2 locked doors).
Indeed, the apartment is on the smaller side, but very functionally furnished that it actually does not feel small. Even the bedroom seem much bigger. There are two locks too many, but as those extra doors are open most of the time, this isn't really a problem. The apartment could gain more ambience with extra cozy lighting, however, the hostess is willing to provide these on request.
