The staff and Food. The genral location was within walking distance of the major things to see in Szczecin. A nice hotel in a very good location in the old town in easy walking distance of anything you may want to see. Good location near the railway station and tramway stop. Nice clean rooms.no coffee or tea in rooms. The actual location is hard to get to, especially if you are not used to driving in older cities with very small streets, lots of cars, and for me, the newness of driving in Europe in general, and with all the signs in Polish. It was a challenge.
