  The staff were very friendly, helpful, professional and prompt. The waitress could speak English (the level which allowed her to serve). The surroundings were green, beautiful and well-groomed.   I loved the structure of the hotel and the traditional environment. The palace was very interresting because it is possible to feel the past style of life of polish people. The staff was really kind and available with the customers. - The atmosphere was gentle and relaxed.
