The design, spa, location, friendly staff, spacious room, balcony, fresh breakfast. Can be cold at night. The water in shower wasn't too hot. We had to ask for an extra duvet, as at night became really chilly (for some reason the radiators were cool!). If it was a well-warm room in cold weather- a lovely place to stay.
