The TWW Apartments are just a short walk from Krakow’s main train and bus stations. The city’s famous Market Square and Old Town is a 10-minute walk away. There is an underground car park at the property which guests can use free of charge.

The apartment is well fitted out with all the facilities one needs (including washing machine, which was useful). The Block of apartments was quiet and secure and situated only a short walk from the centre (15 mins on foot). It is also close to the train station. The street outside is relatively busy but this did not disturb us. the apartments were very clean, modern and in an excellent location. there were complimentary tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc left for us and the rep who we paid was very helpful. the price we paid was very cheap and we felt like we had luxury.

Address for parking garage is on a crossing different street as to Szlak, due to one-way traffic hard to find manually, was not mentioned on website. Also google maps has outdated info on the parking garage entry. Too noisy. Not very clean. No reception. You must call to the office for to receive a kee. Not very good for foreigners. No schampoo. You have to wait 10 -15 min while contact person arrived to open parking entrance. Thin walls. Lots of noise from the hallway and walking upstairs. there were no additional bed for a small child. Check in procedure can be a little complicated when coming by car as you have to meet a guy who will give you the key. Breakfast (25 Zl for person ) was very poor. dangerous windows not enough clean towels. wifi supervisor is not well. nothing, was great. Nothing to complain about. the breakfast was not Worth the Money spent. There is no reception. the apartment located in the new block of flats - you can hear some noise of reparations from other flats, the apartment is new but seems to be rented frequently. The street our windows opened up to was very noisy and unpleasant. The towels were in very poor condition and reminiscent of rags.
