Very good price for travelers needing just a place to sleep. the room is correct, and clean, confortable, bathroom ok. Not a lot! It was next door to Tesco!. pleasant staff and a welcoming atmosphere, close to tescos and tram services. £30 per room per night on a BandB is unbeatable. Knowing it was an old mental hospital gave the stay a bit of character, the hotellier should maybe add a bit of history to advertising.
