The room was great - really big, clean and modern! In a great location. And the people were really nice. Location, Location, Location. The room was very spacious (about 30 square meters, I guess) and very very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, there was a small table with two armchairs for rest, and a proper desk for work. Also, there was a tv set with satelite tv. All very convenient, although the furniture style was office-style, but there was a very nice picture (original, not a copy) over our bed, wich added style. all reviews »
Warm, clean, spacious and light, quiet, excellent location and value for money. Great breakfast, attentive service. A pleasant surprise.The room was comfortably furnished and very spacious. The hotel location is ideal for visiting the old town. Breakfasts were excellent. Central location, cleanliness, large space in bedroom, a lot of thought into the lay out of room, nice large bathroom.Excellent location, only one minute walk to the main square. Very large room with comfortable double bed. Farily new bathroom suite, very clean. Lovely hot shower. Well heated. The location of Nordic House Apartments is fantastic. Very central position. Location was excellent. Near all bars and resturants etc and virtually on ain market square.Good standard, nice and central location. very well located. Big spacious rooms. Very close to the hearth of the town. Closeness to main square. The staff in the cafe downstairs were very helpful and friendly. There is not enough space in the "like it" box, so I want to add here that the manager was very helpful and let us leave the luggage in the office after the check out althoug the office was closed at that time.A fridge, and possibly a kettle, in the room, would be useful additions. View from window, room too hot at night. No, some people have complained about the stairs. It didn't bother us. Be good if they took credit card. quite noisy due to lack of carpets throughout building. the breakfast was terrible. Bit expensive also some missing items like boiler but overall goof choice. The 79 stairs to our room!.

Please note that you can collect your keys during following hours:
From Monday until Friday, from 8:00 till 16:00 and during weekends from 9:00 till 12:00 at ul. Św. Anny 5, 1st floor.
After 16:00 and until 23:00 during week days and from 12:00 till 22:00 during weekends at the Genji restaurant located in the Nordic House building (ground floor, entrance from the street).
Should your arrival be later than 23:00 on a week day or 22:00 at the weekend, please inform the hotel's staff in advance. Please inform Nordic House Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Travelling information
From Kraków airport:
- Take bus (numbers 192 or 208), a train or taxi.
- Get off the bus at the Plac Inwalidow stop and then take a tram to the Bagatela Theatre (Teatr Bagatela). Travel time is around 40 minutes. The bus fare is PLN 2.50. Large luggage fare of PLN 2.50 per piece.
The Krakow train station is located around 200 metres from the terminal, where you walk or get a free shuttle bus to. Travel time is around 15 minutes and the train fare is PLN 4.
Taxi fare is around PLN 50 and travel time is around 25 minutes.
Nordic House Apartments can arrange transport from/to the airport.
