Each apartment is elegant and decorated with bright colours. All have a modern bathroom with either bath or shower and amenities. Car and bicycle rental is available. Additionally, laundry and ironing services can be arranged. Every morning guests can enjoy a continental breakfast ('all you can eat'), served in the nearby restaurant. Many other restaurants and cafés can be found just minutes’ from the apartments. As one of the memeber sof the party was an elderly person, and needed to rest, it was very useful to have the space the apartment gave us without feeling claustrophobic about being 'stuck' in a hotel room. It was also good to be so near the centre. The flat was simple but very clean and confortable. Staff were extremely helful and friendly. Excellent price...the apartment was an amazing deal. It was really close to the market square and a walking distance from everywhere. I would recommend it to anyone. Its a great deal at about 34euro per night, at first the location looked a little scary but it was not at all, it was an amazing stay for an amazing price.

The downside of the fantastic loaction was the noise on the Saturday night. Krakow on the weekend is full of stag parties and as our appartment was right in the centre tthe noise comming from drunks in the street all throughout the night, keeping us all awake! The appartment was up about 5 flights of stairs and there was no lift. This was fine for me but i wouldn't recommend it for anyone with walking difficulties.A little noisy at times due to the old building. One room had no window.for older people is important to know if there is a lift. Bed was broken, and staff "forgot" to fix it after we requested same. Too many stairs. Keys hard to work. Satellite TV had no US stations. Inconvenient to check in one place and travel to the apartment. Apartment needs better sound-proofing against outside noise.No hot water, the heating system didn't work. Sheets too small for size of bed. Rather tacky furniture.lack of pillows, and the duvet was a bit flat... Too many stairs. boiler for hot water and heating was a bit problematic. A bit nosiy. could not stand up in bedroom, was not informed of additional deposit, was not informed the money would be taken from credit card a week before although we also arrived and paid in cash, road works at 7am each morning outside our window, parties in other apartments going on all night. Problems with heating system and hot water, it was needed to restart boiler several times per day and night to have appartment warm, I was woked - up from cold during night. No heating at first night and no lighting in the stairwell. The last day when we left, we've been locked in the middle of the stair and we have to climb an iron gate with our luggage.I wouldn't recommend this apartment for anyone. There was no lighting in the stairwell and the beds were awful.

Since the apartments are located in the Old Town you will live in the center of area where most of the well known restaurants are. All cuisines will be at your disposal. We can also arrange a Welcome or Relax Packages, waiting for you in the apartment so you won't have to rush to the supermarket just after arrival. Breakfast is served at Wierzynek restaurant, famous for its excellent cuisine.

Important information to guests

Please note that the reception address is 4 Wiślna Street, apartment 6. The apartments are located in a different building. The reception is open from 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, from 9:00 to17:00 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays and during holidays. Should you arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact Old Town Apartments in advance to arrange key collection or a self-check-in procedure.

Our apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, without elevator (there are no elevators in the Old Town).

Travelling information

If you are coming first time to Krakow, we strongly recommend that you use our pick up service. Our representative will be waiting for you with a special welcome board in the arrivals hall and afterwards you will be safely transferred to the apartment. The cost of the service is 23 Euro. Please let us know in advance should you require our pick-up service.You can also take a bus that will take you from the airport to the city center no. 192 or train station no. 208 and than walk.
