Great staff! Arrived at 7 am, and the receptionist arrived early to let me in. She also took plenty of time to give me great advice on what to see/do in Krakow. Also my room was ready upon arrival early in the morning. The staff of Komorowski really go the extra mile on service and arranging things for you. Rooms were very nice. Even before arrival the staff was busy trying to arrange everything and provide information. The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique.
all reviews » The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!. location was excellent, the luxury king room was luxurious, the double Jacuzzi bath and shower were a lovely touch. Rooms were cleaned daily and stocked up with complimentary water. All staff were very friendly, only 5 minute walk to the main square. this was our first visit to Krakow and wont be our last, a superb city, plenty of bars and restaurants and things to do. ten out of ten. We loved komorowski luxury suits! Perfect location. Near big shopping center, the old city, restaurants, everything. Excellent service at the hotel. Wonderful room. Best city hotel we ever been at! The wi-fi was not working :-( It is a pity that there is no breakfast available at the hotel, but there are plenty of opportunities in the city. In side the room no kettle for tea and coffee was provided, mini fridge was warm.caltural. i have no plights at all with the hotel or the staff. The price was a little more than I would expect to pay, but I couldnt fault anything else.. Nothing, the whole place was superb. Very thin walls (could hear our neighbours having a great time at 3am) Different room than we booked (booked kingsize bedroom, got 2 queensize beds instead), TV has 600+ channels of which only 2 english newschannels, breakfast is not served in the same hotel. Beds are squeaky. There were no elevators. reception. Small room, no possibility for breakfast. Apart from the interior of the rooms, the rest of the hotel (interior and exterior) is in very bad shape! We felt as if we were entering into a cheap motel. This cannot possibly be considered as a 4 star hotel! No elevator, either.
