Our booking was made in three consecutive parts as my wife was to have a total knee replacement at the Orthopedicum Hospital 5 minutes away. Thus I have already commented on the quality - which is excellent. This hotel is perfectly situated for those from abroad who want to take advantage of this outstanding orthopaedic hospital's facilities. We live in Spain and finding both the hospital AND this base was for us a miracle!.
all reviews » I made three consecutive bookings (double, then single, then double occupancy)covering 21 days as my wife was to have an operation in the nearby excellent Ortopedicum hospital. The hotel is perfectly situated for this (10 min walk). Thus I have made several comments on my previous two bookings. I would repeat my very favourable thoughts. Very friendly. Old fashioned assistance not seen in Western Europe since before the war. Extremely generous breakfast brought to room at time requested. Spotless room. Supermarket opposite. Shops and restaurants all nearby. Beautiful wooded environment. Good buses to centre and to airport. Nice family room though a bit small, still had balcony and breakfast was included and it was nice. Landlady was very fluent in English and very helpful. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Huge Park was near and the hostel had private parking. Very cozy hostel with private parking, near the city center. Friendly staff, hearty breakfast, small but comfortable rooms. Public transport station is nearby. friendly staff, huge and delicious breakfasts, near to bus station, hostel in the countryside 15 min from city center. Nice room. Very friendly stuff (funny and young) Nice place for the relax after a long transfare!. The interior in the rooms are in white and red colours, just like the flag of Poland. On a frequent direct bus route to the airport and the city centre - No. 292. Kitchen facilities and free tea and coffee available all day, plus fast free wifi. Friendly staff, fair breakfast and nice setting. Also a nice, luxury tv. Not the hotel's fault but it would be nice if the local authority would repair the pavement up to the bus stop. A busy road - not good for wheel chairs which have to move on the road itself for about 40 m. My only adverse comment: the hotel has WiFi serviced by three separate wireless routers. We were accommodated in the annex served by one router which consistently failed and had to be repeatedly reset. The promised engineer never arrived - shades of Spain! - so we had to go over to the main house to use the internet. Very little. One might say that the room was a little small but hardly a complaint considering what we paid!. Water in shower is not permanently hot :). I won a lottery to get hot shower, unlike my friends. hard to find for the first time. there isn't anything i could add here. Some walls a little on the thin side, but overall, very quiet after 11.00pm - a rule of the hostel. Really bad, hard bed. Poor cleaning the room. have to be more clean. warm temperature.
