Our hotel was fully modernised and very clean. Located a 15 minute walkto the centre of Krakow and very close to the train station and busterminal, so we could easily access not just the Salt Mine and Auchwitz,but the whole of Poland. Hotel position good and a great breakfastserved at the nearby cafe. It was very basic but this just what I was looking for. The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. The hotel is only 1 minute walk from the station which is great. The hotel's location is in the quiet street. The walk to the main attractions is 15 min.
all reviews » This was an "oasis" in relation to the locality probably would notbother a couple but I felt uneasy on my own. The suite I was allocatedthe first 2 nights was huge very clean and most comfortable. Very nice staff, big and clean rooms, 5 min from the city centre and the central station. A very, very confortable accomodation (and also very cheap!). It is a very comfortable one to stay, clean, quiet, and not far away from the hirtoric sites, especially by tram. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. They became our tourist info source of advice for the stay.Clean rooms, good location, recently renovated, excellent shower pressure in bathroom, efficient staff. I would not have booked if I had known there was no lift but we werebooked a room on the ground floor breakfast poor and we had to go tothe 'cafe' at the end of street and had to keep our coats on as itwas so cold. Maybe the fact that we had do have our breakfast in another building. perhaps a better choice for breakfast. It is more a motel than hotel. Breakfast could be improved - but bearing in mind how little we paid it was good VFM. no restaurant in the hotel yet...breakfest served in different building. Noise from upstairs: sounded like a samba party for clog wearers.Reception area was tiny and a common use computer would have beenreally handy. I didnt like having to go somewhere else for breakfast....and I would have liked a general area for reading or relaxing. No lift for tired-footed tourists... Low solid base to the beds, I kept on catching my shins.
