We liked almost everything, especially the second time we stayed when we had a really nice room, huge bed, table and chairs and sofa, and lovely soft towels and bed linen. The young girls who run the hotel are exceptional in their desire to be helpful and accommodating. The location is good, the breakfast fantastic, no faults to be found with the hotel.
Classic "do not judge a book by its cover" applies. This
B&B is located in an old apartment building with not yet redecorated
facade. However B&B interior is newly redone with lots of glamour
design. Breakfast is decent but i'd liked kitchen accessibility with
all appliances. Room itself was quite nice and big but 10inch tv was a
bit too small.all reviews »
It is a very clean,modern bed and breakfast.Only 10 minutes stroll to the square.The girls at the Angel House really are helpful and friendly and organised our trips for us.Breakfast was nice and there is a good selection to choose.This is the second time we have stayed at the Angel House I and we would stay here again.
Beautiful rooms with excellent furniture and a well equipped bath.
The staff was attentive and helpful and the breakfast was simple but good.
The location was great for reaching everything via a short walk, the train station (5 min), the old town (5 min), the Jewish quarter (10 min) or the Wawel castle (10 min).
The room design and decoration is spacious, elegant and special, very impressive and comfortable.
It is operated in an apartment, so you got the feeling of living in a home.
The owner/manager is very pretty and polite that I guess she is Angel.
You can walk from Krakow train station for 10-15 minutes.
We loved the style and individuality of the place, it really was a true surprise given its location in a residential building.
Also the fact that you are able to help yourself to food and drink outside of a breakfast time was a nice bonus.
The outside is deceiving. The room we stayed in was beautiful, very modern and the breakfast offered a good choice of food. Excellent location for sightseeing and very friendly staff. Great value for money!.
The house looked a bit dodgy when we walked in, yet once entered in the b&b flat, it looked so lovely/cosy! The people were very helpful aswell! Def would recommend!! X.

The room was very large and comfortable the location was excellent a short walk to old town or kazimierz.
The rooms were spacious and modern. The communal kitchen/breakfast

We are both over 70 now, and the stairs (7 flights) are difficult with luggage, but again the girls were really helpful and ran up with our luggage for us!.
What we didn't like was late check-in fee of 50pln that was not
mentioned on the letsbookhotel.com site. We would probably not have chosen
this B&B because we expected late arrival and the fee have risen the
cost by 25%.

The building doesn't look too inviting from the outside and the staircase and there could be more signs to find it more easily.
If you have a light sleep you should keep the windows shut due to the local trains passing by occasionally.
Minor details like a loose tile in the bathroom and an old curtain rail, although these are minor details.
We didn't have hot water one day, however they apologised and gave us 10% off our stay automatically. Excellent customer service. There are a lot of stairs so may not be ideal for all travellers.

Our bedroom was right next to the computer the receptionist used every
morning from 7.30 so we awoke every morning to a keyboard tapping and
phone ringing!!.
We spend the hottest days in the summer and our room was boiling (no air conditioning). Almost impossible to sleep. It is also important to know that Angel House is not a hotel, it is a Bed & Breakfast located in an old building (that wasn't a problem for us).
the building and hall way was a bit run down, but not the hotels fault.
Building has not elevator and For this reason is boring.
