The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Krakow. The staff were fabulous and could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I was amazed that this was a 3* hotel - was much nicer than any 3* I've stayed in before.

Our taxi driver from the airport was not familiar with this hotel as it is relatively new and the sign for the hotel was difficult to see at night, hence we drove past it four times before recognising the building.I would recommend installing a mini-bar or fridge in the room to have cold drinks available. too hot with window closed but too noisy with it open!. feeling of comfort and the friendliness of the staff especially the young man who was working in the bar the night we arrived. There was no air conditioning - not a problem during our stay, but it could be sometimes.No mirror close to a socket. We ate in the Bistro once but found that the menu was very limited. However Kracow is teeming with restaurants and prices are very reasonable.Every morning the coffee in the breakfast room was cold. Breakfast could have been better. the fact that the Hotel charged the room in Zloty not Euro, confirmed a Euro rate of 3.5 after we had booked the room with Hotel .com when the real exchange rate is about 10% better than than at least is a bit of a cheek. The breakfast area is on the samll side, it seemed everyone wanted breakfast at the same time. Just an observation and not a complaint.no tea or coffee making facilities in room. the high prices.
