Location is excellent. Staff are amazing-very friendly and helpful. Design is beautiful. The place is clean and cosy. Breakfast is very good. 1.Too noisy-you can hear every slammed door, all voices and all other sounds. 2.No room service-they don't clean the room, change sheets, towels or take out trash at all-huge inconvenience and infection control issue. 3.No towels in the swimming pool.
