the safety places and i feel very comfortable,very warm and friendly helpful all the staff of this hotel( good work to all of you)very friendly staff in their restaurant i like the style of this hotel and 2x i check in this hotel and next time i come in philippines i stay again in this hotel and i recommend them to my friends in europe cyprus to come and check in in this hotel. I like staying there its really nice. staff are great. Hotel is in great shape and clean well. In a nice surrounding area I think it's the best area in Manila thay have parking it's just not free at night but at least. and also you can rent a car there coz thay have office for Europe car in the lobby. finally I will go there any time I am back to Manila.
all reviews » We really enjoyed our stay at Tune. Staying both at the Emrita Tune and Makati. The staff we very helpful, the locations were perfect, beds comfortable and facilities were everything we needed....plus a very cheap stay.Would stay again and would look into staying at Tune Hotel in other countries. This is a total different hotel setting I ever experienced. The staves are very kind and helpful especially Kim, always shows the warmest and friendliest smile. Its location is perfect, restaurants, convenience stores, internet etc are within easy walk. Good location ,not far in taxi to good shopping.Walking distance to nightlife.Good restaurant bar downstairs. Plenty of options to eat within ten minutes walk.Nice new clean rooms,great value for money. Everything is good!! Very good location, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good price. They charge for lugguage storage but it only 60 peso per 1 bag. So it's nothing. Check in and checkout express and quick. Very clean rooms, expensive linen like 5 star hotel, shower very clean. The taxis, you ask for a meter ,they say yes and then won't use it so you have to get out and get another, the door staff should ensure the drivers use a meter, why else are they there!?!. Charged for late check-out (30 minutes late). Small size of room. Shower area drainage insufficient, floods toilet easily. - Occasional problems with Wifi login and reach. Can't think of anything!. No comments. Only minor but I did not like that I had to pay when I left my luggage at the hotel. They over charged me for the first night, coz I arrived a day early, that wasn't fair. they made me pay for a 5 star hotel, not too impressed. Located in a little side street that even local taxi drivers found hard to find. Perhaps this is a new branch of Tune Hotel?. Area is slim-shady at night. Is oddly on a side street and on one side is very nice new modern mall. The other side is a red light district with so-called massage girls (who are almost all "ladyboys") and thiefs - do not go out alone at night!. Just one small thing: we asked for a taxi with a meter and the one we got refused to use it and tried to charge us double. We even made the guy from the hotel tell the driver to put it on, and he said it was ok, but he clearly didn't care. none. you can't expect too much for what you and still you get a lot. Food in the neighbouring sportsbar is not too good. The room is too small for two people. We were on 9th floor, shower pressure not always constant & hot water supply not good. I could smell cigarette smoke coming from corridor, 1 or more of the guests on 9th floor must have been smoking. They posted menus on the walls above the tv however, the numbers don't work and when I went to the hallway to call the front desk, they said that there is no room service. It was clearly stated in the menus that there is room service - quite misleading - there wasn't even any free bottled water. the floor area is not airconditioned. Lacks refrigerator. Lack of breakfast on the place (availiable at nearby bar). WiFi reception bad - had to sit near the door when I wanted to use it lying in bed. A board on the wall advertising deliveries from the downstairs restaurant had incorrect phone numbers on it. the space off room.. Rooms are pretty small. Too small, no taxi stand, bar sucks. Restaurant had bad food and too expensive. 2nd times i stayed in Tune Makati, i have similar problems with invoice bookings. Don't know why they can't give me the invoices for my stay on 2&3 December 2013. room a bit small. The charge for leaving the luggage at the reception. No wardrobe in the room. I was charged twice on my credit card. Sent a message to letsbookhotel.com and tune hotel but not heard back regarding the mistake. Hope this can be resolved quickly. Thanks. No breakfast at the hotel. Bit dark at the entrance (outside). Price is deceptive. They charge extra for even a towel and soap. Trying to understand charges was difficult although the staff was quite practiced at doing so. No cup in the bathroom. Hot condition.
