We stayed twice, a week apart. The staff were very helpful with explaining how the taxi system worked so that we didn't pay too much a second time. On our return visit our request for a room at the back was met with an upgrade, even though the previous room had been excellent. The buffet dinner and breakfast had great choices. Will definitely stay again. The hotel was amazing especially for the price, so affordable with amazing service from the front desk, restaurants, housekeeping and the millineum club. The hotel transportation was especially awesome, the drivers were very professional and extremely courteous. A big Thank You to our driver, Melo Delfino!.

The place was spotless and the first place I have stayed in the Philippines with TRULY HOT water!! My wile and I would consider it again if the time allows. Value for what we got? 100%. The location was good for us. The room was very nice. Breakfast was good. The front desk people and the men at the front door were friendly and professional. Getting the morning newspaper is a good thing. The floor staff are also kind and considerate. Everyone are very helpful and pleasant. The room is awesome perfect for me! I've lived in the US for 40 years and your Comfort Room is very functional enough to my standards. I was very satisfied with the service thank you and keep up the good work. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was the best. Loved the spaghetti bolonese. The millennium club was excellent. It was nice to have the cafeteria just outside the room and included in the price for the millennium club. The location was very convenient. This is my second stay and it was much quieter. They gave me a room on the back side, away from the main road, and it was better for sleeping. Breakfast bar is excellent. The staff was very warm and friendly; the pool was excellent; and the view and facilities very nice. the location is perfectly located for access to many local sites. The hotel is located close to the Mall of Asia and the airport. It is very clean and the staff are exceptional. This was my third stay there and I will stay again. Staff are all friendly,courteous and professional. Waiter Mickey Cruz and Front Desk Dan Sabaya are an asset to the hotel. I get it free in most hotels in America - cheaper hotels. It was included for us, how I don't know, but it was. Tub. I think it should be removed and a large tiled shower be installed. I like showers and do not use tubs. The shower would open up the room. Maybe two shower heads would be nice. The only thing that seemed a bit slow is answering the phones, it takes several or 10 rings before anyone tends to it. I suggest that this area needs improvement as it is important that phone calls for service be promptly replied, it might be an emergency situation. Thank you. The mini bar was closed and needs to have a deposit...Wi-fi is not free.. Buffet Breakfast Menu was almost the same for the 2 days we have breakfast...Kids should eat free as the other hotels... To charge for wi fi is not good Service . For a 4 star hotel.in Asia . It is rated as a five star hotel, but I would rate it at four star. In fairness it only charges four star rates in comparison with the other five star hotels in Manila. Nothing bad. The tv did not work at all for most of my 2 day stay. They finally got it working about 1 hour before bedtime and they offered nothing in compensation. The internet is overpriced. The drinks seemed very expensive and the wait time from ordering to delivery was rather excessive. that said, the waiter was very nice and polite. Pool was closed for renovation. The fact that we have to pay for a ride to the airport...should be complimentary for guest, because we almost got ripped off by a very corrupt and greedy cab driver. Lost faith in the taxi system. The room i stayed was the carpet looks really old, wall paint old, bathroom suspended ceiling was open i don't know why? i noticed the entry door of my room was somebody force to open and use a hard material to unlocked. Kinda spooky in my room, my son and i sleeped not turning off the light. I was told that I was already paid for first night, when my booking was for two nights. It is letsbookhotel.com's mistake. How can they separate for only one day from 2 days ? Atleast they must ask me. I will switch off if this is repeated, yes they can do so if there is no show on first night. Plumbing is slow. A little bit the reception has to improve the speed up at the time of check in. Our room 548 had issues with the phone (static) and the tub had a drain problem. It wouldn't empty out the water. Had to contact maintenance to fix it. The rate at check in was also different than the one I had from letsbookhotel.com! There was a difference of 400 pesos (tax inclusive) and even if it wasn't much of a big deal, it was disappointing. Rates can be cheaper if you walk in. old furnitures inside the room. Had 2 different rooms all seem to have problems with the remotes, it was the same as 6 months ago, so all need checking. the facility needs some renovation and the plumbing backed up and was slow the whole time. Probably a combination of water pressure and pipes in need of cleaning,. Without free Wifi ( for my smartphone ), the upgrade to Club room wasn't meaningful, at all... That the swimming pool was in maintenace at the time we were there. Bathroom a bit worn. hygiene,underneath our sink were patches of dark stain,pls. do something.all else wre excellent to good not lower. I had a hard time w/ my check in it took so long but he was nice enough to let me use d computer to print my confirmation. My word of mouth did not suffice my check in.They had to see in paper that I had book the nite b-4. I really dont have to many thing to say bad about the hotel. security lock/hinge on hotel room door A little flimsy or not so secure..... Personally I did not like breakfast as it was mostly asian and nothing to compare with any other 5 or even 3star european hotel. Though so close to the airport the hotel charges 800 pesos for taxi to airport while using taxi fm infront of the hotel I paid only 150 and meter showed less than 100. no free wifi. I cant believe that an international hotel can charge extra for wifi in the rooms!!! It should be included in the price , just like tv or towels!. Last april, i stayed in this hotel, in my room i have a damage toilet, its very hard to flush it. Shower over the bath. room not clean. Room was a little noisy due to traffic. The muggy weather outside !. Some sections in room showed wear and needed repair or rplacement. I dont like the breakfast menu taste is not good, its not like here in davao hotel. The stupid high cost for Internet, being charged a stupid amount for an evain water which is placed to trick you. It is so demeaning that hotels do this. The billing has surprising elements, not for easily irritated people.
