The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check-in early for free and gave us a great room location. The guards outside were also very helpful in pointing us to the direction that we wanted to go. Memory foam beds were very comfortable and clean, as well as the pillows and comforter. all reviews » A very comfortable place to stay with very courteous, helpful staff who easily went out of their way to assist and please their guests. I stayed there during the recent earthquake and was very impressed by the professional manner in which the situation was managed and very impressed by the generosity shown by the management during the crisis. I would have no problem in recommending the hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit there. Big room, attentive staff, clean inside and outside, thorough security, taxis available, swimming pool and gym available. Sm mall available by crossing the road so lots of shopping and eating options close by. The streets immediately outside the hotel don't appear too safe though, a bit ghetto like. Good location for getting around via taxi though. The lobby was very beautiful and the staff was really friendly. The rooms are clean and large. The location is a bit far from all the other tourist attractions, but all of them are accessible via taxi. The hotel stuff was incredibly nice and calm. They have made everything possible to their guests with a lot of complimentary things. Overall the hotel was better than I expected, particularly the rooms and the service. I did stay on the Club levels and felt that the hotel would have been a bit too noisy and business in other areas due to large banqueting. We liked the friendly staff and their professional demeanor. Resort's location was perfect for our visit. Located next to a large mall made it easy to come and go. The security was excellent and we felt very safe. It's not far from the airport. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is really varied. Also is next/connected to a mall which can be helpfull to do some last minute shopping before heading to some island. THe staff was very friendly. A few to mention I recommend to have a water hose in the toilet like any raddisson here abroad. The only let down was the quality of food, which needs to be improved. Focus less on volume and give better quality, particularly Club Floor Breakfast.....it was a joke!. Far from the city. Can't have everything at once, but it wasn't on the beach. Not that i don't like. But i suggest that you provide an "anti-slip mat" in each room. The bathroom tiles are very slippery and most hotels provide this type of mat. It will also prevent you from future legal cases just in case someone slipped and something serious happens. Everything exceeded my expectations. Poor security. Guests who have too much to drink trying to force open my bedroom door under the very noses of the hotel security officer. Why did the security officer not know that they were opening other people's room at 4am thus unnecessarily waking up guests who were supposed to be sound asleep?!. beds were too hard, need to be softer. nothing. Check in took too long as staff were spending too much time trying to sign guests up to the hotel rewards programme. pool could do with upgrade. - Restaurant closes at 10pm - Staff not giving any information about other good restaurants. - No early-breakfast offered.
