The staff over there is very helpful when my little boy had food poisoning and without hesitation the Manager over there quickly called for a transport and send us to the nearest hospital. I would like to give compliments to this Manager for her care and concern. I liked all the beautiful women that stay at the hotel. The ladyboys were especially pretty. The casino was great! The staff was friendly and the lounge was relaxing. I especially liked the rides on the top of the building.
all reviews » We love the location that its at heart of the city, everything you need is with in reasonable distance! Rooms wer at good size and also very tidy!. All the staff were helpful and courteous I think they are a big assett to the hotel rooms were clean I enjoyed both my stays here and will be back. Aside from friendly staffs the hotel is the best&perfect place to relax...i love it&will keep on choosing this hotel to stay... 1)The staff were very efficient and helpful. 2) Fantastic gym, 3) Outside pools were very good, though not enough chaise lounges. The price of this kinda hotel is cheap, spacious room and, good location. Also it offers 24 hours convenient shop and starbucks at the lobby. I didn't like the expensive breakfast and room service was slow to clean the rooms. The glass in the windows was dirty and the window locks were broke. Not enough shampoo soap and toilet tissue in the bathroom. Not enough large towels to use. No Internet wifi in rooms. I was disappointed that the wifi stopped on the ninth floor as I was on 22nd floor it was impossible to access I had to go to lobby everyday most of us travellers carry wifi tablets now cause of size and weight this is my only concern I have stayed there twice recently and would definately recomend it all. 1) The very poor internet connection. 2) The lift was a nightmare ferquently had to wait over 10 mibute to get on a lift when the hotel was busy. 1 lift under repair for the whgole 6 days that I stayed there. The disrespect by the front doormen. They gawked at my wife and she did not like their disrespect. The solicitors bothered us as we sat in the lobby lounge sofas trying to sell us real estate. The back door man was spooky looking. Breakfast was not comped for free. There should be wifi throughout. In this day and age and with such an upscale place you should be able to afford 3-4 boost routers on each floor. The so busy lift to access floor. The breakfast was okay but need a touch of originality. The fact that nobody could tell me how much I had already paid when I booked and it wasn't clear on letsbookhotel.com itinerary. I just had to pay what they asked, they couldn't even tell me what I had prepaid but seemed to know what was owing. Still don't know how much I paid. The bed, it's too high. Waiting time for the elevator. No wifi in the room. Wish tissues were available and face towel too..... no in room wifi, bad wired internet connection, old furniture, unclean room, noisy, dark hall way (i have to always call them and ask to turn it on). The service is quite bad when you have to repeat follow up your request. No receipt given yet during my stay, for the purpose of reimbursement of my official travel. Pls. send thru email. Staff needs to be more accommodating. Lobby is small and very crowded, no internet access in the room considering its 4star, the staff is lousy. No refund on remaining 3 days due too unexpected early departure. what i dont like about the hotel, is i already turn on the dont disturb botton, what i really hate it is the cleaning staff is doing a doorbell for so many times which actually wakes me up., what irritates me is that i was having a hangover which supposed to be i was resting and need to sleep more.i so hate it.. The crown regency downgraded our room from 57th storey suite tower 3 to a 11th storey normal suite, tower 2. Also, didnt get our refund back. If I know that the case, I rather book marriott .The duty manageress in charge act blur. I don't like the fit out, poor quality. my reservation was denied. i will not patronize this service. it was such a hassle on our part. the bedroom sheets were dirty the room smelt no hot water. the hotel is like a theme park not a hotel. Breakfast was poor selection and just not good. Absolutly not worth the money.
