We had a lovely 5 nights stay at santa anna. Rooms are clean and neat. Hot showers, and a basic but good breakfast(every day another breakfast).. Its about 15 minutes downhill walk to the center and 20 minutes uphill walk. If you take your time uphill it is no problem and we did the inca trail after our stay and we believe the higher position of the hotel and the walks helped us to acclimatise better. We had no altitudes problems at all while the other members of our group where sttuggeling.
