We thought the rooms were great -good size, nice beds and really clean. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a view of the market opposite. We had a lovely breakfast each morning -which we all enjoyed. There was a bit of a walk to the Plaza de Armas, but we didn't mind b/c the hotel was well proud and very comfortable. It was superbly situated for our needs. The station is within strolling distance. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The food is great. The hotel has a wonderful spa....the massage was excellent. The whole atmosphere is friendly and comfortable.
all reviews » Very comfortable rooms, has a Spa inside, which we used and was excellent! Breakfast was very good. Is located in front of the city's artisan market and not too far from the main square (Taxi cost = 5 soles). Staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. Very good location, in a nice street close to downtown and across the street from a crafts market. Restaurant's menu based food- excellent vegetable soup and salads; Staff's willingness to resolve issues was excellent. the staff were so helpful and friendly. always happy to help. the breakfast was also amazing, I hardly needed lunch. Excellent cost-benefit. I have not had any problems. Excellent stay. If we return to Cusco, am staying there again. Hotel forgot to arrange for airport pick-up that was preorganized and accepted; Staff had to be prompted on four different occasions to receive ride back to the airport in exchange; breakfast was skimpy- poor choice and quality of cereals. leaving cusco. The very small TV. a bit far from city center. terrible wifi, often not working. I didn't like that the staff asked us to leave after the first night even though we were booked for 2 nights. Also the keys did not work on the second day so we had to again go to reception and have them changed. There was no apology for this or move to make up for this error that made us feel we were not welcome or wanted. Poor wi-fi reception. Turned off lights in reception area and lobby at 9pm. The room does not have droors, bathroom was not clean. Miss warmest and comfort .
