The hotel was excellent. We stayed using the best deals otherwise it would have been above our budget. You are paying more for quality. We had a large spacious room. The shower was great with hot water. The buffet breakfast was excellent with no hidden costs. There was free internet with Skype and free, unlimited printing. The staff were all very helpful. They went out of the way to help including Skype queries and even provided our breakfast when leaving for a day trip at 3am. Highly recommen.
all reviews » The Staff is your best asset. Our bags were lost for 2 days at the airport and your staff helped us tremendously. We were more high maintenance than usual because of our difficulties with our bags and with the ATM not giving us enough money. Apparently, there is a daily limit in Cuzco... The shower water was hot and the water pressure was so much better than we get at home. The staff were caring and excellent, they took care of any arranging taxis and helping with shopping and restaurant questions. Walking distance to the main historic and shopping areas. We didn't eat dinner in the restaurant but breakfast was very good. Excellent hotel! Compared to many other hotels in Peru, where staff is very friendly but not too professional, here everybody was professional as well. Nice spacious rooms, very close to the Plaza de Armas, beautiful courtyard, clean, ...!. This is the second time we got there and it will be an obvious choice eventually next time.
