The staff was very friendly and helpfunctie. The hotel manager came to the breakfast room to have a chat with the guests. The concierge showed our kids a special frog outside and organized a drive in a golf cart over the golf course for them. The room was also very comfortable and there is a lovely pool area. I really appreciate the kindness and supports that the general manager and service manager (Manual and Ramon) showed and provided for my rainforest birding trip transportation on my last day of stay. I also thank Weeller and Santiago for their driving. And It's wonderful.
